INTERTEC s.r.o. vznikla v roku 1990 ako importno – dodávateľská a servisná spoločnosť so zameraním na dovoz, inštaláciu, údržbu a opravy laboratórnych prístrojov a systémov spôsobom komplexnej dodávky na kľúč, s cieľom zabezpečiť dlhodobú prevádzku dodaných zariadení.
Z histórie
- 1990 – založenie spoločnosti tromi inžiniermi v dome na periférii Banskej Bystrice
- 1991 – postupné vytvorenie siete dodávateľov zo zámoria
- 1992 – otvorenie prevádzky v budove Štátneho metrologického inšpektorátu, výrazný rast spoločnosti
- 1993 – založenie sesterskej spoločnosti INTERTEC v Českej Republike
- 1994 – otvorenie prevádzky v priestoroch Labory, obchodného a servisného podniku s dlhou tradíciou
- 1996 – založenie servisnej spoločnosti INTERTERVIS
- 1997 – odkúpenie priestorov Labory pre účely obchodu a servisu spoločnosti INTERTEC
- 2003 – prevzatie obchodného sortimentu IKA a všetkých aktivít obchodnej spoločnosti NEOTEC-BB
- 2006 – vstup do zdravotníckeho segmentu s ponukou dychových analyzátorov
- 2010 – zahájenie spolupráce s vydavateľstvom odborného periodika Chemagazín a jeho distribúcia v SR
- 2012 - zastupovanie firmy AMAR (výroba vysokotlakových reaktorov a autoklávov, SFE extraktory...)
- 2013 – zavedenie vnútorného systému kvality v súlade so sústavou noriem ISO 9000
- 2019 zastupovanie firmy Gamry (USA), Potenciostaty, QCM
